Can not find out about this little chap, measuring 100mm high.
Nearly mint and works by turning the handle which then sparks against the stone wheel by a flint. The flint can be replaced.
The box is all intact being very good for the age.
A fascinating vintage toy from the late 1940’s to early 1950’s.
