Marx Plastic Dancing & Glam Figures.

After carrying a lot of research on these rather naughty little ladies I have found out a rough idea how they originated.

Marx America manufactured the molds in 1946/47, but because of the nature of them & not being politically correct in those days, they were not sold on the market so they were possibly given away with Playboy Magazine, then were reintroduced in the early 1960’s, which even then they possibly weren’t put on the market & given to Marx staff.

This history of them could be wrong, but it does make sense & if anybody knows any different, please contact me.

I do know this is the full set of nine with the lady laying down being the hardest to find. They are between 65 & 75mm tall made of solid coloured plastic, in perfect condition. These are pink except the one laying down is off white, but they were produced in various colours.
